Refund Policy

Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

• Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 3 or more days before the event: Eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop.

• Cancellations within 3 days of the event: Eligible for a 50% refund or credit.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable.

If we must cancel an event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

• We ask all participants to treat one another—and the natural spaces we use—with respect and care.
